To make judging more objective, the WTF is considering the use of electronic protectors for scoring once the technology is deemed to be good enough for competitions.
For this reason, the WTF plans to organize an ad-hoc committee to develop criteria for evaluating the technological aspects of the electronic protector with regards to the technical needs of our sport, as well as to proceed with reviewing the technology currently available to us, around the end of June.
Thus, we would like to collect relevant information regarding the electronic protectors, including its usage, technological aspects, company information, your experience with the system and such from member national associations.
