In another effort to stadardize Taekwondo techniques and Poomse WTF has enganged in a cooperation with Dartfish Video Producing Company. A new set of DVD's has been produced and it was officially presented at the World Taekwondo Championships 2003 in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Standardized techniques and Poomse are a basic requirement for the upcoming Poomse World Championships and WTF has tried hard to push the unification of worldwide Taekwondo teaching.
This new DVD will be supplied to WTF member nations worldwide and it will be used for referee decisions and standards at the World Taekwondo Poomse Championships. It will also be the official judgement guide at the World Taekwondo Poomse Championships and it will be the textbook for WTF Poomse Seminars as well as for education of Poomse presenters and referees. Main demonstrator of techniques and Poomse is Grandmaster Lee Kyu Hyun, the longtime headtrainer of Kukkiwon trainer seminars.
