Referees are prepared for the Team Championships by Mr. Chakir Chelbat, Referee Chairman of WTF.

The General Assembly of the ETU was held at Caucas Point Hotel in Baku on October 29th afternoon. It went very smoothly and there were no big discussions. Main point was the alternation of the ETU-statutes in one minor point: WTF rules should prevail over ETU rules in case if there is some conflict.

The meeting was closed by ETU President Pragalos at about 03.00 p.m. and shortly after this the drawing lots of participants took place.
